Real Bridges provided consulting services to the Austrian Group Solar Energy Development Gmbh, which formed ten project companies in Italy in 2009 to construct solar power plants with an overall planned capacity exceeding 50 MWp. The undertaking involved domiciliation services, procuring competent extrajudicial-legal consultants, accountants land-search services, including the negotiation and lease of the plots on which the solar power plants were built, business consulting in general, including bookkeeping and accounting, coordinating with engineering firms, interpreting, and translation services, including the translation of numerous Preliminary Agreements of Sales and Final Deeds of Sale. In addition, it entailed finding and renting office space, logistical services, and the translation of Italian technical laws needed to design the plants themselves.
It was a multi-year, multi-team project where we gained a lot of experience and had fun as well.
